Explore a searchable database of US construction and building code. Code regulations are consolidated by state and city for easier navigation.
UpCodes AI helps the construction industry manage compliance. We analyze architects’ and engineers’ 3D models to offer a “spell check” for construction. Historically, the process is brute forced by human judgment, making it cost and time intensive. UpCodes is a plug in for Revit, analyzing BIM data for compliance. In the future we will look to take the AI and apply to other file formats such as ARCHICAD, Sketchup, and IFC models.
