BIMeye is a cloud-based SaaS solution for BIM data management that allows you to easily plan, manage and maintain BIM data for rooms, surfaces, objects, systems and components. BIMeye is a Common Data Environment (CDE) that gathers quality-assured information for anyone involved in a construction project; from the planners, designers, architects and BIM managers in the early phases to contractors and engineers in the construction and production phase and all the way to building owners in facility management – and beyond.
With BIMeye CDE you will improve the efficiency of your work and obtain transparency, quality, and better collaboration in your construction projects, saving many hours of tedious manual work. You will handle information in a much larger context and in a much more efficient way. The concept has been developed based on many years of collaboration in close relations with architects, engineers and contractors.
BIMeye provides support for BIM level 3 (integrated BIM and Lifecycle Management). BIMeye connects graphical data to your preferred BIM Design tool and to your Document Management tool. This linking gives you the illusive Digital Twin.
BIMeye includes the following apps:

- Door Manager
- With Door Manager you can create, change, sort and publish door reports, even when distributed from several model files in the same project.

- With Revision Manager you make it easy to communicate revisions in a project with one or more model files, i.e. between projects leaders and other participants in the project.

- With Requirement Manager you can define both technical and functional requirements in the environment of your projects. All requirements are collected in the same space and everyone has access to the latest updated requirements.

- Room Manager
- With Room Manager you can collect and handle all room information in your projects and automatically create room description reports.

- With Interior Manager you can create, change, sort and publish information around the interior design in a project, in one or more modelfiles in the same project.

- Asset Manager
- With Asset Manager you can handle any building elements from one or more BIM-models. Integration with models from Revit, Tekla, ArchiCAD and IFC in the same project.

About CDE (Common Data Environment)
CDE (Common Data Environment) is simply a digital place where you gather all digital information all through the life cycle of any construction project. CDE is an ideal environment to support a better way to cooperate in the BIM processes with large volumes of digital data.

About Business Unit Project Services
In 2014 an independent unit, Business Unit Project Services, was formed by approval of Addnode Group, with the aim to deliver cloud-based BIM Data Management service BIMeye to the construction industry.
The investment in BIMeye has proven to be of benefit to many of our customers, and the interest for the Common Data Environment Solution (CDE) is growing rapidly.
BIMeye will continuously be our solution to “bridge” between digital design models, nongraphical data, and the final stages of maintaining the buildings in various FM solutions.
Today, Business Unit Project Services is owned by Tribia, a part of Addnode Group. Tribia is a company based in Oslo, Norway. It is the sister company to Symetri, another member of the Addnode family.
