ClashMEP for Revit is discontinued and no more available for download.
ClashMEP for Revit is a real-time clash detection add-on that eliminates the need for separate clash detection platforms. It provides immediate, “live” clash detection directly in Autodesk Revit. You do not have to export or upload your files to Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk BIM 360 Glue, or Solibri Model Checker.
ClashMEP is a building information modeling (BIM) innovation that redefines how we do clash detection. ClashMEP adds robust clash detection capabilities directly within the Revit environment in real time. As a user models mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, ClashMEP automatically detects clashes and identifies them on the Revit model. This removes the need for exports or uploads to do clash detection and clashes can be fixed in real time.
ClashMEP detects clashes with other Revit objects, IFC files, linked models, hidden models, and point clouds. The method of identifying clashes can be customized to your needs and clashes can be detected on a per-route or selected basis. Setup is as easy as turning on spell check in a word processing application.
Features:
- Single platform clash detection.
- On-screen reporting in real time.
- Clashes update in all open views (plan, section or 3D).
- Works with linked files (hidden or visible).
- Find clashes on-the-fly, by-route, or by-selection.
- IFC-compatible for use with Autodesk Fabrication.
- Speed not dependent on model size while modeling.
- Export as XML for later viewing in ClashMEP.
- Selectable Revit categories for clash.
- Find clashes in any view in one click.
- Standalone or Network licensing.
- No on-site license infrastructure – cloud-based, 3rd party licensing.
