Naviate Simple BIM is a BIM editor that allows you to edit BIM models from any IFC compliant application and create smaller models with data that can be trusted. It gives you the tools you need to manage BIM for professional quality data exchange. Naviate Simple BIM is a branded version of Simplebim distributed by Symetri in the Nordic countries. Simplebim is developed by a Finland-based company Datacubist Oy.

Naviate Simple BIM allows you to manage not only the IFC data, but the whole IFC workflow in an easy and effective way without knowing anything about IFC.

Naviate Simple BIM’s validation and editing, ensures that you will always have top quality IFC BIM data, available for your projects. Processes such as design coordination, quantity take-off, energy and indoor climate simulations, spatial program validation, communication between designers, scheduling, 4D simulations, construction sites and even in facility management.
