PlanRadar is the companion mobile app of the same name web-based software and service solution for building documentation, works management and defect management. It enables users to record, document, communicate and progress building works and defects, both on construction sites and when working on existing properties.
PlanRadar is available for all mobile devices and as web application. Its customers, who are predominantly architects, facilities managers and engineers, create projects in the web application and upload digital plans, which system then automatically forwards to the mobile devices. The challenge is transferring these images in real time to PlanRadar’s server system and then making them directly available to other users so they can rectify the defects concerned quickly and effectively. This optimised, streamlined workflow saves PlanRadar users up to seven hours of working time a week.

- Easy ticketing. Create tickets with your mobile device directly on site. Directly create tickets on digital plans. Add photos, text and voice memos.
- Direct communication. Add pictures, assignee, due date, voice recordings and other information. Communicate with your co-workers in real time. Assign a ticket to the responsible person – they will receive an automatic notification. You can scroll through the blueprint without delay.
- Complete documentation. Create PDF reports, containing all information, within seconds.
- Available on all devices. The PlanRadar app is available for iOS, Android and Windows devices, as well as for the most popular browsers.
- Free subcontractors. Invite subcontractors to your project rooms for free. They can take orders to remedy the defects and report the current progress without having access to your overall project.

Improvements to web and mobile applications include:
- Add a new team member to your project from the mobile application.
- Add photos to your Project Reports.
- Add a list of project team members into a report.
- Additional options for formatting page numbers on your reports, including adding numbers on the first page.

PlanRadar web application – After uploading your BIM model it is immediately available within your project. To start working on your BIM model navigate to your “Tickets” tab found in the navigation bar and then select the project that has your BIM model. ©PlanRadar

PlanRadar web application – On the left hand side you have a list of all the tickets that are on your BIM model. By clicking on any of the tickets it will automatically move you to the location you were when you created that ticket. ©PlanRadar
PlanRadar on mobile device – After uploading your BIM model via the web app it is available on your mobile devices immediately after you synchronize your device. Navigate to your project and then select the layer with the BIM model. Once you first open up your model will be orbit mode. ©PlanRadar
