Newforma Inc. is a Boston-based company that provides Project Information Management (PIM) and BIM collaboration solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction, and owners (AECO) industry. Their technology enhances productivity, reduces risks, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget by streamlining communication, managing files, and simplifying construction administration.

Merging with BIM Track. Newforma pioneered the PIM software category in 2004, while BIM Track created cloud-based issue tracking in 2016. In 2021, the two companies merged, focusing on improving AECO industry project outcomes through real-time collaboration for project teams.

Acquisition by Ethos Capital. In April 2023, Ethos Capital LP acquired Newforma Inc. and became their majority investor. This partnership is expected to accelerate Newforma’s growth and innovation, leveraging Ethos Capital’s resources and expertise.
