Exactal acquisition. A key component of RIB Software’s portfolio is costX, a software originally launched by Exactal in 2004. After RIB Software acquired Exactal in 2018, the software was rebranded as iTWO costX in 2020.

Schneider Electric acquisition. Schneider Electric acquired RIB Software in 2020, integrating it into its Energy Management business.
