UNIFI Labs

UNIFI Labs was formed to help solve BIM challenges that architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners face. The company focuses on providing the most comprehensive BIM content life cycle solutions for the building industry. It currently offers content engagement software for AECOs and content distribution for BPMs. Their roadmap is focused on further developing their cloud platform to facilitate the discovery, management, and contextualization of content and data used to design, construct, and operate buildings.

UNIFI Labs was founded in 2010 by industry veterans Dwayne Miller and Ken Gardner. It is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. UNIFI Labs was acquired by Autodesk in March 2023.
