Vectorworks Inc.

Vectorworks Inc., founded in 1985 as Graphsoft, is a U.S.-based software company specializing in CAD and BIM software. The company, initially named Diehl Graphsoft, launched its first software, MiniCAD, for Apple Macintosh, which was later rebranded as Vectorworks.

In 2000, Vectorworks was acquired by the Nemetschek Group, becoming its first U.S. subsidiary. The company, headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, operates independently within the Nemetschek network of over 40 branches across Europe.
