Artlantis is a standalone 3D rendering application specifically designed for architectural visualizations. Artlantis is not a modeling software but a standalone render engine. It has become one of the favorite rendering applications of architects, designers and urban design professionals thanks to its ease of use and intuitive features. It is all-in-one solution that comes with its own asset libraries, like trees, people, furniture, etc. With Artlantis you can create high-resolution 3D images, iVisit 3D Panoramas, QuickTime VR panoramas, QuickTime VR objects and animations. Artlantis is the leader in preview window technology; the main part of the interface is taken by a real-time preview window.
In previous versions, Artlantis product line was composed of three solutions: Artlantis Studio, Artlantis Render and library known as Artlantis Media. Artlantis Studio and Artlantis Render were merged into single Artlantis. Artlantis Studio enhances your design capabilities by creating QuickTime VR panoramas, VR objects and animations. With Artlantis Render you can create still image renderings. Studio and Render versions are the same in terms of the basic functionality; the difference is that Studio has the capabilities of animation and QuickTime VR panoramas. These two applications are completed with Artlantis Media Store, themed collections of materials, parametric textures and 3D objects. These are produced by industry partners or independent designers, in addition to the standard library. Artlantis RT² is a brand-new software released in July 2023, and it is successor of Artlantis 2021.

Plugins
Abvent developed the plugins for ArchiCAD, Revit, Vectorworks, SketchUp Pro, and Rhino. Artlantis interfaces directly with these software.
Supported formats
Artlantis opens the following file formats: 3DS, DWF, DWG, DXF, OBJ and SKP. With these additional import formats Artlantis interacts with all the leading CAD, BIM and 3D modeling software.
What’s new in version RT²:
Artlantis RT² is built from scratch by using a new engine. It is a brand-new app compatible with Artlantis 2021 and older.
