Precast Concrete for Revit is a modular software for LOD 400 modeling of precast concrete elements (walls, floors, beams, and columns). It helps you to create precast elements, insert details, sort elements and create shop drawings. Architectural or structural floors can be automatically split into various types of slabs (massive slabs, hollow-core slabs, etc.) according to predefined rules. Walls can be split into wall panels.
You can distribute connectors, cuts, plates, supports, anchors, grout tubes and other details according to predefined rules. Details can then be modified or updated to suit the project design stage and the level of detail required. Easy marking and renumbering of project elements based on properties and location ensure accurate bills of materials, quality production and accurate assembly on site. And fabrication information can be automatically generated with desired views, schedules, and customized drawings for each structural element.
It is recommended to install the separate Cut Opening app for easily creating openings throughout a Revit model wherever MEP services intersect with walls, floors, and roofs.
Note: Precast Concrete for Revit can be installed through the TOOLS4BIM Dock. When you install TOOLS4BIM Dock you get Dock window, Smart Browser Free and a new tab in the Revit ribbon.

- Floor Panel Layout. Prefabricated floor paneling.
- Floor+C. Create slabs by using structural framing members.
- Smart Walls. Walls and joins management toolbox.
- Beam Reinforcement. Place rebar in beams.
- Wall Reinforcement. Place rebar in Revit walls automatically.
- Column Reinforcement. Place rebar in columns.
- Smart Connections (formerly Smart Details). Automated LOD 400 modeling. Insert details and voids on the surface of any host element.
- Smart Assemblies. Generate shop drawings with relevant views and dimensions.
- Sort Mark. Easily renumber any elements. Sort and mark precast elements based on any available parameter.
- Smart Views. Quickly create views and dimensions for selected elements.
About TOOLS4BIM Dock
